Buying a Business
Existing business owners often find that a business acquisition is a great way to grow. Sometimes purchasing an existing business is less complex than starting a business from the ground up. We offer a variety of commercial, SBA, and USDA B&I loans to meet your needs.
Professional Partner
Our experienced team can offer lending solutions to meet the needs of various borrowers - at any stage of their business. We work with buy/sell professionals including business brokers, attorneys and CPAs who are looking for a solid partner to add to their clients’ advisory team.
FLCBank’s experienced Commercial Lenders are prepared to walk you through each step of the process to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Business acquisition loans often combine a variety of collateral, such as inventory, equipment, working capital and commercial real estate.
